  1. Well, bread is bread. You could try graham crackers, or maybe pita bread, but I don't think there's anything that's completely low carb...

    or tortillas.

  5. Cereal? or try All wheat bread.

  6. If you had multi grain wholemeal bread, this would be very healthy.  Or else you could try rice crackers. there are plenty of wholewheat and rye crackerbreads on the market.  Try one of those also.

  7. toast

  8. you could put it in a tortilla and wrap it up like a PB&J taco

  9. Tortilla, bread made with soy flour rather than or in place of part of the regular flour, pita...or try ham.  PB&J on ham is surprisingly good.

  11. I try not to eat any bread, so when i want peanut butter, i put it on wheat crackers. It actually tastes pretty good. Give it a try :-)

  12. Well u need somting else made of flour. Let's see, you have noodles and other pastas....sandwich...toasts.....rotis, farathas, naans...even pancakes, lol

    Or simply switch to rice....

  13. Pork Roast

  15. Whole wheat bread is fine. I find it a bit odd though that you are eating PB&J and are worried about the carbohydrate count in a slice of bread. Your body needs carbs, dont cut them out of your diet.
