What is a good summer abroad homestay program?

i am a sophomore in high school and i would like to travel to a Spanish speaking place over the summer to improve my spanish. so far, Mexico seems to be the best price (my parents wont pay a lot of money for this) and i would like to stay with a family while im there. anybody know of a program?

Dominican Republic is cheaper.  Have you looked at your schools foreign exchange program?
