i go back to school in a few weeks and i am taking 3 biology classes as well as research methods this semester (academic suicide i know) so i have alot of info to keep track of. i find that when i am writing my notes i am so busy repeating it in my head so i can write it down i miss whatever follows it so i want to bring a tape recorder to class to record the lectures so i can play them back as im transfering my notes from the notebook to my laptop and fill in anything important ive missed. what is a good one you can recomend? i know some of them pick up alot of background noise and static but if im sitting in the front of the lecture hall (stadium seating set up) would that be a problem?

i prefer something under $25-30 but if its over thats ok too

thank u

  1. I just went shopping for this every same thing...I would recommend buying on that is tapeless. Most of the recorders have usb cables attachments. Plus you want to find on that has large memory. It is so easy to download them to the computer and burn to a CD and listen later. I recommend these two. Good luck with your search

  2. here's how go to radio shack tell them u need the line to connect headphone jack to mic jack  then download audacity this way connect the line play tape record on audacity cutout the  background noise and static plus the program is free line is not under $10
