What is a good tapering schedule to wean off Adderall?

If a person takes 100mg of Adderall and doesn't want to let their doctor know they take 60mg more than prescribed, what is a good taper schedule to wean off?

Honestly I would give yourself 4-5 days to slowly lower your dose. It most likely won't be easy and speaking from experience it takes will-power. .Lots of it. I'm assuming you are trying to lower your tolerance, if so your best bet is to take only the bare minimum of what you need for a few days. It can take a while to get your tolerance back down. I would just set a goal and stick with it. . .Adderall is a tough one, but definitely not impossible and you probably already know this, but not something you want to abuse and become powerless over long term.
