  1. Plan the theme around where you are going for your honeymoon. If you are going to Hawaii, plan a nice Hawaiin Themed Wedding, Of if you are going to Aruba, plan a nice Beach Themed Wedding. Either way, anything can be made to look perfect indoors or out.

Here are some pretty ideas to go with your medium blue color:

  2. Your wedding doesn't necessarily have to have a theme.  Your colors alone can be what tie everything together.

September is technically summer but right before fall, so I'll help you out on some themes.  Your theme doesn't even have to have anything to do with the time of year.  Theme examples are:

    -Stripes

    -Polka Dots

    -Hearts

    -Ribbons

    -Monogram

    -Butterflies

These are classic themes that can be done any time.

    Take care!

  3. Use the medium blue and incorporate sunflowers.

    -- or --

On a nice green lawn with LOTS of white and blue.

  4. I would go outdoor! Earth wind and Fire, "SEPTEMBER"

    you go girl

  5. i would do out door maybe in a backyard or on the grass somewhere it would be nice to do a summer theme have blue and yellow or maybe a light gray would look nice

  6. Well you are looking at either late summer or early fall.

Since you chose a color Blue you don't want to do the fall theme

Love is in the Air (clouds and sky)

Blue Moon (if at night, blues, silvers and white)

or you can not have a theme and just follow a color scheme you like

  7. How about WEDDING. Why do you need a theme... get a clown?

  8. I had my wedding in September.  It was outdoors and had a lovely breeze.  It was sooo nice. :)  Medium blue, depending on really how medium, could be good.  That will be an easy color to find decorations.  My colors were a pastel light green and cream with dark purple accenting, and those were really difficult to find for some reason.  Good luck with everything!

  9. An outdoor wedding sounds dreamy to me as its always raining were i live especially in September.

medium blue is a nice choice,

I think it would be lovely to keep it plain and go for white flowers, maybe with a hint of blue

I also think that an off-white coral colour could be nice depending on the exact shade

or to be different, how about a strong rose pink and duck egg blue for a nice contrast

if your having an outdoor wedding, you could think maybe of having parasols ?

  10. i'm having an october wedding outdoors. my colors are tiffany blue, victorian lilac, and ivory with silver accents.

I'm having mine in Sedona, AZ where the leaves are going to be changing to their fall colors so we didn't really need a theme-just used the environment. I'm having silver hearts on my invitations and using the saying "two hearts, one love". we are doing a candy bar w/our theme colors and having guests fill little plastic jars w/our names and date on it for favors.

weather permitted, I think an outdoor wedding would be lovely for September. you can use a simple theme such as hearts, garden theme (hand out tiny flower pots w/packets of seeds as favors), or tiffany style theme w/blue colored boxes, big rings, and white ribbon.

indoors can be made very pretty too!! if you're in an area where rain is common that time of the year-indoors is definetly safer.

ivory, cream, light tan, or grass green colors would look great with the medium blue. here are some centerpiece ideas to give you color options
