What is a good theme to do for a photoshoot?

My photographer has decided that I can get creative with this, so I come here for a little advice.

The shoot is taking place downtown outside, and I have blonde hair, fair skin, and blue eyes, and need theme ideas to base the hair and make up on.

For example, grunge, punk, old timey, etc...

& for the theme you think I should do what should I wear, and do my hair and make up to match it?

I just did a fashion shoot "downtown" and the theme was "Shade" ... We found all the interesting backgrounds that were in shade and then shot the models wearing the designers clothing ... props?  Sunglasses, parasols, baseball caps and the like.
