  1. well average is about 14 seconds, a good time is 13 seconds and under, an amazing time is 12 seconds and under, i run it in 12.3 but am quite fast, the quickest in our year runs it in about 12.2


  2. Roughly 14 seconds no way is 12.5 or under average my best time is 12.36 nd im 14 :)
