  1. Because you are not older, and i don't know about your base, just go for breaking 20 minutes. it's not difficult to think about. If you have a good base, maybe try and break 19:30 or 19! If it's hilly, still go for breaking 20 minutes.

  2. im a sophmore and im 15 and im going to try to go around 18:30

  3. well for a 3.1 mile race i would say anything under 17:10 would be considered  really good.

  4. do you mean 3.1? my best as a sophmore was a 17:34 but i only ran half the season.our best sophmore had a 16:22

  5. high school xc races are 5k which is 3.1. some course are shorter or longer give or take but 3 tenths of a mile seems a little too longer. if you're right and the course is 3.4 (i'm not saying you're wrong). depends on if the course is hilly or flat. if it's flat i would say breaking 17:45 would be a good time. hilly, i would say breaking 18:20. if it's a 5k and it's flat i would say breaking 17 minutes. if its a 5k and its hilly i would say breaking 17:35
