What is a good time to go to sleep if I need to get up at 6 a clock?

For school I need to start getting up at 6 a clock and I have a hard time getting up so what is a good time to go to bed?

  2. Head to bed at 9. Asleep by 10. Up at 6. Eight hours sleep.

  3. they say the recommended time for rest is 8hrs! it shouldnt be more than 8 hours because then when u wake up, u will feel lazy through out ur day making u feel a bit weak!

    i suggest u going to sleep at 10pm... or maybe even 9:30.... since u have a hard time waking up! but i dont suggest u sleeping more than 9 hrs!

  4. It depends on your age and how much sleep you usually need.  After you figure out how many hours are appropriate (by using the website below), make sure to lay down about a half an hour before this time frame to give yourself time to relax and get sleepy.

  6. take a bath at 8:30, and then head to bed at 9:00 and you will be asleep by 9:15-9:30 and up by 6:00.
