What is a good tooth bleaching kit to use?

Anything over the counter, like strips or the gel trays? Which works best?

i use crest classic they work really well and im always being told how white my teeth look also use a toothpaste with baking soda which will make them even whiter and maintain them

Crest white strips are the best. They are not that expensive and easy to use.
