I am a 15 year old girl and am looking for a good diet to best support my training. - Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu 4-5x/week: 1 1/2 hrs/session - Goju Karate 2x/week: 1-2 hrs/sessionI am looking for some good diet guidelines without vitamin and mineral pills. I am looking to lose some fat and gain muscle. I am currently about 112lb and want to get back to about 103lb or so. I'm not looking for some sort of crazy extreme diet, just something to guide me towards top performance, and to help me compete my best.I love fighting and Martial Arts and would love it if people that share my passion could help me out!!! :-)
