I am a 15 year old girl and am looking for a good diet to best support my training.

- Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu

4-5x/week: 1 1/2 hrs/session

- Goju Karate

2x/week: 1-2 hrs/session

I am looking for some good diet guidelines without vitamin and mineral pills. I am looking to lose some fat and gain muscle. I am currently about 112lb and want to get back to about 103lb or so. I'm not looking for some sort of crazy extreme diet, just something to guide me towards top performance, and to help me compete my best.

I love fighting and Martial Arts and would love it if people that share my passion could help me out!!! :-)

  1. Just eat whatever you want and then right before bed stick your finger down your throat and barf it back up.  A lot of hollywood stars use this method.  You can even do it during the day if there is a bathroom near by.  You'll be down to 103 in no time!  ...  By the way, why is it so important for you to get to 103?

  2. u get alot of exercising in, the only thing u might want to add, is time in the weight room, and just running laps/sprints outside of class, twice to three times a week should be good,

ur weight sounds good u could try cutting out sweats( cookies, candy, soda, and juices with too much sugar), try not eating past 8 pm, and try drinking more then 8 cups of water bc u workout alot so u need more h2o in ur system, good luck keep training
