  1. Obviously something healthy. Stay away from sugary snacks they will only give you a temporary energy kick and then you might feel tired soon afterward. Complex carbohydrates and foods w/ high protein are always a good choice. Some cereal/fruit/protein bars can be healthy, make sure to check the nutrition label carefully. Tell your parents that you need something healthy for v-ball, I'm sure they'll buy you some groceries or make you something to eat!


  2. last tuesday my mom brought ham/turkey sandwhichs & a container of fruit (grapes strawberries whatever you like) and whatever you want to drink

  4. granola bars, fruits, veggies, energy bars, something healthy that will provide you with energy
