What is a good type of black light to get for my apartment?

My main area is 10x10 and I want to buy a black light to completely fill the room. I don't want to spend that much money, but I want the best effect. I've heard of different types (i.e. Fluorescent, Halogen) and different sizes.

Also, where is a good place to get one online? (Not Spencers)
