What is a good video editor?

I don't want WMM or Song Vegas movie studio eight..Is there anything good you would prefer?Thanks for helping!

Adobe Premiere pro cs3 its the best. Smosh uses this program and their videos are really good.

WMM is probably the best free video editor for a PC, and Vegas Movie Studio is probably the best consumer level video editor, so no, there isn't anything I'd prefer.  If it's a problem with cost, have a look at AVS Video Editor, if you just don't like VMS, have a look at Adobe Elements or EditStudio.
