  1. Drink a glass of milk with a spoonful of blackstrap molasses mixed in.You can use soymilk if you are allergic to regular milk.Add to that drink a banana that you eat and a peanut butter sandwich on wheat with no jelly.That is brain food.Lots of vitamin B and protein.


  2. Stay away from sugar, eat some protein, take your b-vitamins, acetyl l'carnitine and phosphatidylserine, coQ10.

  3. try intramax. it has all the b vitamins. also eating  raw almonds every morning helps brain function.

    To concentrate, you need real nutrition... Brain food.

    Juice your own with a juicing machine and consume protein from fish, chicken or turkey.

    Do this every day and not only will you concentrate during test time but have a sharper mind long after.

  8. This isn't a vitamin or juice, but works well.

    Put about 3 drops of rosemary essential oil on a tissue and have near you while you are studying, or use the oil in an oil burner. When you go for your test, take a tissue with rosemary oil on it to sniff just before and during the test.

    Rosemary oil stimulates the area of your brain dealing with memory. We associate certain smells with emotions and memories etc. It's like smelling something associated with childhood memories and evoking feelings and emotions associated with the particular events.

    On smelling the oil, what you were doing at the time of first smelling the oil (study) comes back more clearly.

    (If you suffer from epilepsy, avoid rosemary oil as it can over stimulate your brain)

    blueberries are supposed to be good too. i know they have blueberry and pomegranate vitamin water which is really good by the way. and also i believe v8 fusion has some sort of blueberry drink.

    these aren't like miracle cures to get A's on tests though. just might help on a daily basis.
