Depends on how talented the 15 year old is and what he contributes to your business' topline and bottomline, while at least simultaneously adhering to minimum wage laws in your region.  My point is that you can have a genius 15-year old or you could have an average 15 year old.  So it depends.

Depending on where you live, and the job you do, expect to be paid somewhere between minimum wage (about $6.50) and $8 an hour

Minimum wage is probably the best you're gonna get unless you know the boss/owner personally.

Whatever the minimum wage is...I think that's too much for a teenager, but alas, it's the law....you definately should not get more.
