Maybelline unstoppable in pewter has worked for me. I haven't tried black or brown so I don't know about them, but the pewter looks very natural and didn't come off in direct water fire. It did smudge if I rubbed it while it was wet though.

maybeline and revlon are both really good but if u wanna go to a sephora store, the sephora brand lasts all through swim and water polo practice

I use NYC.  I got it at Walmart.  I've been using it for about 2 months now and I have a job wear I get hot sometimes and it never runs off.

I've only seen waterproof eyeliner for liquid liners.

I heard that revlon had a really good waterproof liner.

Without a doubt... Lancome pencils! I have used these underwater for a photoshoot and they lasted all afternoon!
