What is a good way for my Ranger [girl guides 14-18] to fundraise for our America trip?

What is a good way for my Ranger [girl guides 14-18] to fundraise for our America trip? We need to raise as much money as possible in about a year and a half. There is 4 of us going plus one leader but 13 in our unit.

Pancake dinners, sub sales, car washes are all good. When it came time to raise funds for scouting activities, we were always the first ones to come up  with novel ideas. We held a help auction where people bid on our services to help clean out garages, pick apples, rake yards etc. Depending on your area most of those will go over well.
