  1. well you could get a volleyball, and if you have a roof that slopes down, throw it up on the roof, wait for it to roll down, and either bump or set it up, and keep doing that to practice your bumps & sets.  To practice serving, you could just hit a volleyball against a wall of some sort.  And for hitting (or spiking) what i do to practice is at my house, we have a bunch of beams coming down from the ceiling, and i just take my approach, and hit the beam as if i were hitting a volleyball.  It acually have improved my game a lot, i got a lot stronger, better at my approach, and now i can jump much higher.  You could also just try to hit a lower ceiling in your hosue.  another thing for hitting is a spike trainer.  you mount it in the corner of a gym, garage, ect. and there are 2 bungee cords with a volleyball attatched to them in the middle, and you can adjust the height.  to use it, you just take your approach, and hit the ball. it helps a lot!

for works outs and exercises, you can just do simple exercises like push ups and crunches.  running is also very good. and lifting weights can also increase your strength to make you able to hit and serve that ball much harder.

    hope i helped! :)

    hope this helps you! :)

  2. practice with a volleyball at home...maybe pass against a wall of your house or practice setting outside. if your school has any practices over the summer, definitely go to them. also make sure your legs are in shape, because you don't want to come back the second day of tryouts and be extremely sore. also try to get in shape by running around the block a few times a week. good luck!

  3. You could look into vb camps or clinics in your area.  If you are friends with any of  your teammates from your high school team suggest you get together over the summer to practice together, all you need is a volleyball.  You could also practice bumping and setting by yourself, but it would be more fun with a friend!  Good luck!
