Don't say "in conclusion"  in the conclusion of your essay.  It sounds awkward and lacks originality. Keep it simple.  The first sentence should be the thesis statement you used in your opening paragraph.  Just make sure to reword it so it's not repetitive.  Next you should just review the main points in your article and their implications.  The final sentence just needs to be some catchy thought or phrase.  Use your imagination or one of your favorite quotes.
