What is a good way to convince my parents to give me a new cellphone?

I'm planning on going From the Original Chocolate to the new LG Dare. I already have my two year agreement and everything set up. I want to purchase it online because it's just way cheaper. All i have to do is get my parents to pay for it and it's done. They think i should just wait a while.. but currently i have no phone. The chocolate breaks way too easily. In this year alone, i've broken it five times. I think it would be smarter for them to buy me a new phone so it doesn't cost them 50 bucks everytime i break it and i need a new charger which is 30 bucks.. so pretty much what they are paying to fix one broken phone and buy a charger, i can actually get a new phone.

umm not neccassiraly because if your breaking the chocolate that much...youll probably be breaking the dare more.

explain them your option, just what you said in your question. i think they'll understand that. i agree with you. it is better to get a better phone than spend your money on cellphone just to fix it. i'll be getting new phone too. i don't care if it cost much than what i have now, as long as it is much tougher than this one. that way i won't spend my money just for repair. it's useless...
