I was betrayed by a "friend" last year, and I still have a ton of anger inside of me. I hate being angry. What is a easy and effective way to get the anger out, and keep it out.

DON'T suggest talking to her! I would never talk to that childish girl in a million years.

  1. If that awful anger comes out of you you have to have a safe way to do it, one that wont hurt anybody and most importantly not hurt you.  I like to paint when I am angry or hurt.  I try to paint what my anger looks like,  I take a whole day.  Big sheets of paper, cheap paint from a craft store and i just grab the first color I see.  I don;t ask questions I just put the paint on the paper, pretty soon it looks like something.
