  1. stop doing cocaine.

  2. Hot Tea, Hot Water, Hot Soup to soothe and break down the flem in your throat.

Humidifier at night in your room to help you sleep

Saline Salt Nasal Spray to clear up your nose

Benydryl to dry up your congestion

    Tylenol to relieve your pain

Drink lots and lots of fluids, particularly water!

  3. I find it comes and goes, and when I do get a few days (weeks sometimes) of it, I use "Ricola" (spelling?) cough drops.  They taste great, and I don't get heartburn from it like I do from "Halls".

  4. I find Flonaz to be very helpful and I don't experience any side effects.

Flonaz is a nasal corticosteroid that works directly on nasal tissue to reduce swelling and inflammation. Flonaz treats itching, runny nose, postnasal drip, nasal congestion and sneezing in people with a history of rhinitis.

    And/or gargling warm salt water.

  5. Lonzenges, like halls or vicks.  Hot tea or soup.

  6. Use a hair dryer and breathe in through your nose as hot as you can take it. It works for colds too.
