What is a good way to handle stress?

i am in college and go to school monday - friday 12-3 and 6-9. i work on certain days before and after school and on weekends. the only day i don't work is sunday but i usually get my homework and studying done that day. i am feeling very overwhelmed since i have no time to do much of anything. i cant cut down on my classes and i need the job to pay for school. i am starting to get very overwhelmed and need a good way to handle stress. anything will help

    take alot of rest

  2. plenty of sleep, veg, fruit, water and vitamin b and vitamin b12, ginseng will also help you cant go wrong there but most of all cut down on the job and school balane it out you cant carry on the way you are , your going to burn yourself out and end up in hospital,

  3. you are doing fine just keep working at it dont give up the first yrs will either make or break your life and your future
