Ok so to make a long story short I lived with white people my whole life and knew almost no Spanish. About a year ago we moved right next to the border and I'm still not picking up on the language! I have tried Rosetta stone already but I can't keep going because of my brother(hard to explain). i need some other ways to learn the language. If you have any good methods, books, programs, or advice I would really appreciate your help.
