get a foot srub for exfoliating dead skin or use sugar in the shower

i agree with ped egg.  however before you use it soak your feet,take a bath or shower.  then after using the ped egg, buy and apply a good cocoa and shea butter lotion, one like palmer's brand.  (it has to be the real deal, not contain cocoa and shea as an ingredient.)  once you've done this, wear cotton socks to lock in the moisture.  

further, this foot care routine is best to do at night before bed.

Use a pumice stone. I got a great one from Wal-Mart!
