  2. conditioning realy would be the main things to do away from the gym. Running, situps, pushups, dips, skip, shadowbox practising technique and combinations.

  3. set a routine for working out your muscles

so can get really strong really fast if your dedicated to just that

if you are then all you literaly is destroy your muscles eat and rest

like work chest and back one day

    then triceps and biceps next

then quad and calf the next

    then start over

and do ab workouts every day

if you do just that then youll be boxer shape in no time

and by rest i dont mean goin outside to play a football game i literaly mean like rest

  4. quit bein lazy and get your fat butt to the gym.

  5. Nintendo Wii Boxing, it's a blast.

  6. I used to train at a boxing club.

We did 150 situps a day.

We did 50 pushups a day.

We held our arms out and away from our bodies on the sides of our bodies and moved our arms in slow circles for 3 minutes forward and then 3 minutes backwards.

We did neck exercises...just nodding your head up and down 25 times and then side to side 25 times.

We jumped rope for 3 minutes straight.  Then we would get a 30 second break...then 3 minutes straight...then get a 30 second break...then 3 minutes staight again.

You can buy a double end bag and put it up in your garage.  You can buy a heavy bag and put it in your basement.  Your house may shake when really hitting it.  You can 'shadow box' in front of a mirror, but I always found shadow boxing to be boring.

The thing you can't do very well out side of a gym is spar.  You need to proper head gear and gloves and supervision.

    Good luck.

  7. Run? build strenght . Eat right .. get a punching bag and hang it in your garage .

  8. push-ups, running, punching stuff[not animals]

    have fun WORKEN those MUSCLES

  9. work with a personal trainer or make friends with someone who has been or is a boxer.

  10. buy boxing gloves and get a partner to buy boxing pads.

  11. Find a sparring partner, someone who is better than you so you could learn.  Or a punching bag.

  12. run run and run some more  shadow box  stamina n timing get um

  13. my gym is in oakland ca, but i live in manteca, its like a 50 mile drive through the altamont and i aint got a car, so when i cant get to my gym i go running for 2-3 miles, then i do some leg exercises, 5x20 push ups,5x20 sit ups and 20 min jump rope, then i shadow box for 15-20 mins, i dont have a heavy bag, so i stuff as many towels and jean pants into a duffle bag, hang it from a fruit tree in my back yard and go to work on it, cause its not a really bag, i have to go twice as hard, so, instead of 4-5 rds i would go on the heavybags at my gym, i go 8-9 rds or 20-30 mins on it,then i jump rope again for 15 mins then i take a shower and call it a day.

  14. running on the beach in short shorts with apollo creed always works

  15. bring your brother and let him catch something soft like pillow

and hit it with your all power but don't heart him or by bringing coach

  16. Boxing is about discipline.  You don't go around punching people like a punching bag, that's not legal herein Canada.  Boxing, MMA, etc.. is a disciplined sport.  They are not the beasts people believe they are, they are athletes trying to put bread on the table for their loved ones.

On that note, I think MMA is what you shoul dbe focussing in on.  Boxing is a dying breed and the many MMA styles could offer you so much more on every level...

    Good luck

PS  You do not ned a gym to get in shape.  Cardio, calesthetics ( push ups, sit ups, chin ups, etc..), a good diet with supplements ( creatine, weigh gain, whey protein, etc...), a weight bench with 180 lbs in weight is all you need.

  17. Pushups, situps, running, jump roping. Also work on speed and heavyweight bags!!

  18. 1st of all get a bag at your house. if you are starting with 3 round fights then hit the bag for 9 rounds. do alot of running and ask someone to give you some shots to the gut. it sounds silly to be hit in the gut but thats gonna happen in the ring anyways

  19. just p**s somebody off!.....
