  1. You definitely have to start running and touching the ball... a lot. Jog laps at a track for 20-30 minutes, then do some 30-40 yard sprints, then dribbling around cones, then find a wall and start kicking with both feet.

VERY IMPORTANT ! Start off slowly or you WILL hurt yourself.

    Good luck

  2. run a lot... and maybe even play hackie sack

  3. Well, I play high school soccer and I think the best way to prepare would be to not necessarily run a lot but train on being able to run or jog for distance not speed.  Also try and run backwards for awhile, or do separators (where you touch each line on the field and run back) and you'll have an edge on everyone else.

Lastly, Try to talk to your teammates during practice games like saying man-on, you've got time or where to pass it. And remember if you play fast in practice you'll be more inclined to do it during a game.

ps- remember to always stretch, even if you don't at practice may per vent an injury.

    Have fun

  4. Practice practice practice also do lots of kick ups (keeping the ball in the air with your feet knees head) not letting the ball bounce as will help with your on the ball skills and control of the ball at least 10minutes a day at the very least.
