What is a good way to win this $500?

Question

I am trying to win $500 for promoting on WhatScene.com (It's they're new contest). Last time someone else won the $1000, and I really need the money.

I have tried everything, from myspace promoting to myyearbook. What is a good way to promote a site that is actually pretty cool, and win that money :)
