I started playin volleyball and i want to work out my arm muscles in a a quick and good way.

  1. Get two three pound weights.  Do repetitions while you are on Answers!

  3. you can do push ups..... those help. there are a variety of push ups. you can do negative push ups where u slowly count down from five and lower your body each time so that wen you say one you should be just above the floor. you can also do kneeling push ups..... doing 5 of each of these is a set. first you kneel down and put your hands in push up postition but make sure they are in a straight line in front of your legs. then you touch your nose to the floor. make sure you keep your back straight. next you do the same thign but just put your hands farther apart. then your first three fingers (thumb pointer middle) to form a triangle with each hand and you put your forehead to the ground (make sure your back is staright). those three kinds of push ups 5 times for each kind = 1 set. i usually do 3 sets but just do as much as you can handle

  4. Come over and do my ironing!

  5. have s*x regularly

  6. Your boyfriend might be able to supply an answer

  7. lift weights (smaller ones at first).
