  1. www.thedailyplate.com

I have found this to be the best website. It lists almost every food-item you can eat and you can alter serving sizes/etc to record your calorific intakes accurately.

  2. Pen, notepad, stopwatch. That's all I use. As you eat something, just write down how many calories it has. Add the daily total to the bottom of the page. 6 more days, 6 more pages, then add your weekly total at the back of the notepad. If you are aiming to lose or gain weight or simply maintain your current weight, just look at the numbers.

As for your fitness levels, pick an exercise to test yourself. Take running as an example, try to go as far as you can and test yourself that way, or carry out a set distance as quickly as you can. Again, write down your time or distance, if the distance gets bigger or your time gets faster, your fitness levels must be going up.

Websites, calculators, BMI tests and everything else that is out, they burn very few calories... get back to basics and you will find things simpler and easier.

  3. Sparkpeople.com

If you are over eighteen, or

    Teens.Sparkpeople.com

    If you are under eighteen.

These websites are amazing and have help me control my weight.

  4. www.fitday.com

I use this website. It has free calorie, diet and exercise and weight loss trackers. It's a pretty simple website to use. I noticed someone mentioned sparkpeople.com. Stay far far away from that website and don't give them your email address unless you want to be slammed with spam emails.

Good luck with your health and fitness goals.

  5. Dunno about two in one but I found this:

    http://www.thecaloriecounter.com/

    http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cb...

    http://www.nutristrategy.com/activitylis...

    Hope that helps!

  6. sparkpeople is good and FREE, but with most free things comes spam, clutter and confusion. i suggest balanced diet which is an amazing premium option with too many features to list, but check it out..its for women mostly and offers meal tracking, bmi, weight and exercise tracking as well as recipes, shopping lists and dietician advice
