What is a good weight for a 14 year old ( im 5'9)?

nd i play highschool football, nd i have pretty good muscles soo i got prob more weight, but what do u think

  1. for a girl it would probably be between 45-50kg (im 46kg and im 14 and i know this would be around the right weight because i went to the Doctor recently and she took my weight and said it was a really good weight for my age and that it was pretty much average. and i play highschool and district basketball.) and for a guy it would be around 50-55kg but remember that if u have big mussels that could make u weigh more because muscle weighs more then fat and so does bone so if u have strong bones that could also make a difference.
