  1. (My opinion)

    Well

You dont go on a diet in terms of dont eat for days Dont do that

cause you might hurt ur self in the act

    eat mostly fruits and vegetable

monitor yourself find out the average range of calories

    make sure it is normal

dont have 2 much off everything

    make sure its balanced

when eating meat or fish make sure theirs not alot of oil

    exercise daily(about 20-30 daily)

drink water, get a good night sleep

try 2 eat out for example burger king or kfc once per month, eat home cook meals so you can choose the amount of ingredents 2 use

k that was my adivse so i hope every thing go good for you

    good luck

  2. I try to follow several rules when it comes to putting things in my body:

    >when you eat foods think about how close it is to something in nature... like what had to happen to a slice of pizza before it became pizza... sure it's flour and milk and tomatoes, but all of those foods had to be highly processed to become the pizza you love, try to stick to things closer to their natural state, like applesauce or field greens

    >try to eat something from every part of the rainbow every day. Blue, green, red, yellow...

    >if you're trying to loose weight, stay away from the meat for a while, sure it's a good source of protein, but that's what beans are for.

    >focus your attention on veggies and fruits, they are a gold mine of goodness with little drawback.

    >if you can, go organic and preservative-free

    >avoid energy drinks and energy bars, they seem like they help, but are truly loaded with unhealthy components that sacrifice your health in other ways

    >don't eat late at night (after 6:30), you'll just go to bed full and never burn the calories, and besides, if you don't eat you will actually wake up feeling very rested because your body was able to focus on regaining your strength and energy completely, instead of digesting your food.

    > remember stay active, try to burn what you take in, if you can't be active for whatever reason, just take in less.

    >don't get discouraged, you can do it, read uplifting books and stay off of the couch, hang out with people that make you like who you are, when the sun is shining, go out and enjoy it, if not, knit, do a paint-by-number or take a rejuvinating nap! Advoid emontional-eating, make sure you are truly hungery: food is primarily a source of energy, not enjoyment.
