What is a good wood carving set for beginners?

Trying to stay fairly cheap, but I know these sets can get expensive. Any suggestions?

Really a good sharp jack knife just to get the feel......see if you really like it............I have a couple of different sets....any woodworkers mag. will have them.........you can make your own.......that would be fun...........I have some deer and elk horns for handles........or hardwoods........get a book and have some fun...........
