im training on my own and i do have a 9 year background in jui jitsu but i want to train on my own now and get fit for fighting

    Main thing that I have learned is CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO.  It doesn't matter how much skill you have if you are too tired to execute.  A guy can only know a few techniques but he will try those same techniques over and over until the other guy get tired and can't defend anymore.
