What is a good workout plan to be able to run 2 miles in 12 minutes?

I can run 1/2 a mile in under 3 and I can do that 4 times with some rest after each around 1 to 2 minutes. I really dont know how I should practice. I have a month. On a good day I can produce 1 mile in around 6 minutes. Someone please help. I think I just need to find the mentality. I need a good workout plan.

    uhmm well since an olympic time would be around 4 minutes for one mile and you can do it in 6....yeah i think 12 minutes for 2 would be good...12-14 minutes would be for you....

    gezzz i can only run one in like 10
