What is a good workout routine for a wide receiver?

  1. For "fly" routes, run through the woods.

    For "inside" routes, run through and run into all the trees.


  2. Catch balls ... ALOT  

  3. have a friend throw balls to you while ur running routes the better you are at running those routes the better but sprint as if in a real game  

  4. Run some sprints, a fair amount of long distance running. Catching tennis balls is a good exercise, and remember to catch the ball with diamonds (thumb and index finger connected).
