  1. IMO, don't confuse the two...........Pick one discipline and train with a local gym or dojo, but don't try for both. The punching stance and delivery are different in the two sports and therefore, don't mix them together.......Just my opinion. I've seen young fighter's that happened to be trained in a local martial arts setting and there's no leverage in their punches, they're straight on squared stance punches, not from the shoulder, with the hip turn and leverage. Stick to one discipline and work hard.

  2. Gee maybe go to a Dojo and do Kata?????

  3. i dont know

  4. Best info I can give on boxing is go to a gym and train with a trainer , but if you would like to do it on your own , research it on line or book store , there are dozens of things you can do to get into shape but to get into Boxing shape will take a trainer , there is a big difference , and Martial Arts i would suggest doing the same thing , find a good rep school to go to , there are some hustlers in the Martial Arts Area so make sure your in a good school ask alot of questions and (research) , my personal opinion on which course of the Arts to study would depend on your personal wants from the  course , if you want to do alot of kicking , i would suggest tae kwon doe or some form of kick boxing , if you want to learn to grapple i would say jujitsu , throws and locks aikdo or judo , i have left some out that will fill those wants you may be looking for but i just put out what  came to mind , I hope i was helpful .

  5. THE GYM CAN HELP.........

  6. Matt Furey. Check it for your self. He is on line. As for martial. what do you won't to learn. And for what reason? Need more info .
