What is a good workout schedule to get fit and tone muscles, not build?

i'm a 18 year old male who is 5'11 and i weigh 200 lbs so my BMI is 27.9. i can blame this on my eating habits. despite my weight, i have plenty of endurance and speed because i play tennis since i was 6, however i do not feel that i have enough endurance as i should, and i would like to improve on it for an upcoming tournament in 4 months. i would also like to loose the fat and tone my muscles. what is a good work out routine? Thanks

  1. combine losing fat and toning by doing circuit training.

    if you drop 10lbs or so. you will really feel light on your feet compared to your present weight.

    at least that is what happened to me. i lost 15lb and even tho i thought i was in good shape before i really feel light on my feet now. i'm 6',195lbs. now. i didn't change my training but just lost the weight.
