i'm a 18 year old male who is 5'11 and i weigh 200 lbs so my BMI is 27.9. i can blame this on my eating habits. despite my weight, i have plenty of endurance and speed because i play tennis since i was 6, however i do not feel that i have enough endurance as i should, and i would like to improve on it for an upcoming tournament in 4 months. i would also like to loose the fat and tone my muscles. what is a good work out routine? Thanks
