I'm a pretty skinny guy. I'm almost twenty and I weigh about 130 pounds. I'm not trying to gain or loose weight, I'm just trying to sculpt my body a bit, and I don't mind putting a couple extra pounds. I love to run, I ran track all four years in high school, and I know that's a good way to workout , but I also want to workout my arms and stomach and everything else running doesn't cover. The only problem is, I don't like lifting weights, never have. So any ideas? Also I have a hard time keeping up with whatever routine I start. I'll go for about two weeks, and then I'll find some excuse to not do it for a day, and the next thing I know its been two months since I last worked out. So any advice on how to keep motivated would be greatly appreciated as well

  1. go here for simple effective exercises that are...free! http://www.frixo.com/sites/fitness/exerc...

also, try sports, its easier when you have something that shows the results. if you swing your arms fuller and faster, when running, you'll build muscle in them too and run a lottt faster without even knowing it!

  2. Dont know where you are in your career but purhaps you should think of taking up a part time job that requires you to be active. What feild are you planning on specializing in. i am in geography so I took up working at the zoo on weekends. You never realy think about the walking involved in that until you try it. Good luck

  3. Do some push ups and sit ups they always help.  Also you should invest in a pullup bar that hangs in your doorway.  They will run you about $20 at the most and can be a great bicep and back workout and lower abs as well depending on how you use it.
