What is a good yoga routine ?

Can anyone give reference to what the best yoga routine is or school of thought in yoga is ?

Basically a routine that does some good things for your body, feels good, or makes you more flexible or is for something else? A complete body routine?

  1. Basically yoga should be adapted to our daily routine activities.

    It starts from the time you got up from the bed till you hit the bed .

    Which includes deep breathing and relaxing and flexible bending.


  2. There are quit a few choices for styles of contemporary Hatha yoga.

    What is 'best' is usually a matter of what ever you find is most effective for you.

    There are quite a few good quality, free, instructional videos available at http://www.yogatoday.com/.

    Generally, each class has a slightly different focus, so am not sure any individual class is meant to cover everything.

    With some exploring, you may find a class/routine that covers what you are seeking.
