I see alot of things about Government Grants, what exactly is this?

Money stolen from hard-working taxpayers given to lazy people who think they are entitled to an education.

this is an amount of money given by the government maybe to an organization or to a student which they dont have to pay back. I can also be given to maybe a school for a trip etc
