Everyday when I wake up I always want to know exactly what to eat b4 I start to swim. I've heard alot of different things that I should be eating, but I hear that these foods can only be good for weight loss and as slender as I am... I do not need to loose weight. So does anyone mind helping out my delima? I need something to add to my performance as well as something to wake me up, if possible. Now I need common grociery store found items so don't take it out of proportion.
