What is a great gift idea for my husband on our 1 year?

I really need some help on finding a great gift! I have no idea what to get him. He says he already has everything that he wants and could ever need...I thought about one of those plazma tv's but i don't know. Anything could help at this point. Thanks and by the way...nothing dealing with "s*x" and anything having to do or would lead to it.
