What is a great recipe for meat ball's? I want to impress some guess for dinner.?

MEATBALLS -

1 pound hamburger meat

3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1 egg

Mix all together and form into balls. Etiher saute them in a skillet with a little oil or bake them in the oven. 350* for about 25-30 minutes.

That is how I make them.

I use a meat mixture of ground beef, ground veal and ground pork, 1/3 of each. Eggs, Italian breadcrumbs, Garlic, Onions, Italian parsley, Salt and Pepper. I wish I could give you exact measurements but I do it all by look and feel.

Good side dishes: Any pasta like baked ziti or spaghetti or lasagna. Garlic Bread, Salad, anitpasto,

a great and simple way that tastes great is: go buy some beef that is in these string like things then get a pan and put a little bit of olive oil on it next ball up the meat in the size you will need then put all the balls of meat on the pan and move them around a lot. when they look less red and more of that brownish color take them off and use them with whatever you need! hope thi helps! good luck!
