well im just trying 2 keep my weight rite and i need to become slimer what should i do.

  3. One thing i think might help is to consult your doctor and ask him or her to write you a diet based on your daily needs which he or she will calculate and tell you the way you should eat. Another but harder way is to exercise at least 3 times a week for 1-2 hrs. ^^  

  4. i was struggling the past 10 years to lose 1lbs....

    i had a tough time i was cutting down on food and excersiced.."nothing happened" i was frustrated.... 3 months ago i started to cut down on pasta and replaced with bean thread noodles, white rice with brown rice... and white bread with whole wheat bread.... .. i eat mostly chinese food which i prepare myself using only a little bit of olive or sesame oil. i eat lots of veggies and fruits.. when i have meat or fish i eat it grilled

    i have 3 main meals and 2 snacks a day ..every 3 hr. i excersice 1 hr a day.. ( i always change my excersice routine)

    and the most important i replaced water with green tea... i went from a 144lbs to a 120lbs finally and im still losing...

  8. If you want to stay at the same weight then a good way to do that is exercise 60 minutes everyday. But the exercise has to raise your heart rate. This is also a good way to loose weight. Just watch what you're eating as well.
