What is a guest house in ireland or self- catering?

me and my friend plan on staying for a monthe. Would a guest house, motel , hostel, or wat other housing thing is our best option. WE plan on staying in Moyle county, in Cushendun or cushendall.

If you plan to stay for a month, your best best would probably be to rent a house, apartment or cottage. That would mean you are self-catering (or going out for meals), but you would not be tied to fixed mealtimes.
