So supposedly your body burns 1000 calories a day just being alive. If I consume around 1500-1800 calories a day, what would be a good amount of calories to burn per day for descent weight loss? I'm 16, weigh 152 lbs and I want to be somewhere around 125-130. Would it be unhealthy to burn 1400-1500 a day? I use a Nordic Track ski exercise machine thing, which I can burn about 700 calories in one hour on. Any other exercise tips are welcome!Thanks
