What is a healthy breakfast bar?

I have tried many breakfast bars but I been told most is not healthy at all for you. I usually is in a hurry to get going in the morning so I buy bars to eat in place of cereal.

  1. all bran bars they have honey in one pkg and plain in the others and they have chocolate chip

    there  about 110 calories

    you would have that and some type of fruit

  3. If you have time, have 2 scrambled eggs, a piece of fruit, and a slice of whole grain toast♥

    If you're in a rush, make a little time for some healthy cereal. Kashi Go lean is really yummy and has a lot of protein and fiber in it and also have a piece of fruit with this.

    Or you can make a fruit smoothie but dont add any sugar.

    Or oatmeal. They sell them in single servings now where you just add the water to the container♥

    whoops sry appearantly I didnt read your question right...well if its a bar, try looking for one that has a lot of protein and a lot of fiber and not too much sugar♥ Dont worry about the cals, you need the most cals in the mornings to keep you going.
