    Even though this is a breakfast cereal, i think that this is a really healthy cereal! Also cereal is easy to make and special k is rather filling =]

  4. I agree with the first answer. I think yogurt oatmeal and fruit like bananas in a granola cereal with 100% cranberry juice or other juices you like.

  5. put granola in your favorite flavor of yogurt! its reallly good and very fillling. also, yogurt is really good for you!

    Beat 2 eggs and scramble

    Toast a pocket pita

    Add cheese to scrambled eggs

    Put mixture in toasted pita  

  7. Try oatmeal with some plain yogurt & fresh fruit, banana or berries. And believe it or no, eggs-say scrambled.

    You get needed protein from the yogurt eggs & some from the oatmeal, & the fat in them is actually good for you, and fast & slow acting carbohydrates from the oatmeal & fruit.

    You haven't eaten for at least 8 hours. Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day.
